Mon. Tue. & Thu. 8:30 am - 4:45 pm
Wed. & Fri. 8:30 am - 12:30 pm

The clinic is CLOSED during:

  • Federal/Provincial Holidays
  • March Break
  • Summer Break: three weeks in August
  • Holiday Season: two weeks in December

Frequently asked questions

At present, the waiting list is approximately 18–24 months.

Your family dentist must send a letter of referral that includes:

  • Your name

  • Date of birth

  • Gender

  • Address

  • Phone number

  • A brief description of your orthodontic issue

Referrals can be sent in any of the following ways:

Not necessarily. Being added to the waiting list and attending a screening does not guarantee treatment.

  • Some cases may be declined after screening.

  • Others may be accepted for records only.

  • A final decision is made after a full records review by students and instructors.

  • Cases are selected based on their suitability for teaching purposes.

  • Records fee: $350

  • Full-fixed orthodontics (upper and lower): $4,350

    • $1,200 initial fee

    • Seven quarterly payments of $450 ($3,150 total)

Note: These fees apply to patients screened from May 2024 and are subject to change.
