June 2026: Our regular student clinics are closed for the summer and will re-open in September. We have a limited summer emergency appointments available this summer. If your child is experiencing a dental emergency, please call our Main Dental Clinic line at 519-661-3326 for more information.

CANADIAN DENTAL CARE PLAN (CDCP): Schulich Dentistry is a participating provider in the CDCP and accepting patients! Effective June 2024, children under 18 years old are eligible to apply. For more information, ask us!

CDCP PATIENT ELIGIBILITY RENEWAL UNDERWAYPatients enrolled in the CDCP must complete their annual eligibilty reassessment after filing their 2025 tax return. You will receive a letter from the federal government with renewal instructions. Renewals must be completed by the patient (or delegate) prior to June 1, 2026. You can renew your coverage at canada.ca/dental.

The Children’s Dental clinic is located on the first floor of the Dental Sciences Buidling and is open from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

We accept Healthy Smiles Ontario program (HSO) and all forms of dental insurance.

We are happy to assist your child with Healthy Smiles Ontario. This program makes dental treatment possible for many families who, previously, would have found it to be a difficult financial burden.

Healthy Smiles Ontario is a government-funded dental program that provides free preventative, routine, and emergency dental services for children and youth 17 years old and under from low-income households. For more information, visit https://www.ontario.ca/page/get-dental-care

We have a team of specialists including pediatric dentists, oral surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses and assistants that offer your child the specialized care they require, including sleep dentistry.
