Registration Fees

Category Early Bird Regular
Physicians, Dentists, & Researchers $200 $250
Residents, Students, Allied Health Professionals, & Others $125 $150

All registration fees are subject to applicable HST.
Registration Includes: Full-day conference access, breakfast, lunch, and scheduled nutrition breaks.

A complimentary conference registration will be awarded by random draw for learner participants at the conference.

Early Bird Registration Closes: May 15, 2026
Regular Registration Closes: June 10, 2026

A confirmation email will be sent once your registration is processed.

Photography & Recording

Selected parts of the conference may be photographed or recorded for educational and promotional purposes.

Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations must be received in writing on or before June 10, 2026.

Cancellations received prior to the deadline will be subject to a 6.5% processing fee of the registration cost to cover administrative expenses related to processing cancellations and refunds.

Refunds cannot be issued after June 10, 2026.
