Resident Assessment & Progress Tracking
Find guidance for residents on how to trigger EPA assessments, access EPA reports, and manage triggered assessment tasks within Elentra, as well as instructions for tracking progress and sending assessment reminders.
Residents can trigger an EPA assessment directly from the Elentra Dashboard, which appears after login. You can return to it anytime by selecting Dashboard (top left navigation).
Steps to Trigger an EPA Assessment
- Login to Elentra
- From your Elentra Dashboard, select the EPA assessment option.
- Enter the following details:
- Assessor
- Date
- EPA
- Assessment Method
- Submit the request.
Important: If you do not see the option to “Complete and confirm via PIN,” it means the assessor has not set up their PIN.
In this case:
- The assessment will still be sent to the assessor by email
- The email will include a direct link to complete the EPA form in Elentra
EPA reports provide detailed insight into your progress across EPAs and stages of training.
How to Access Reports
- Login to Elentra
- Select Reports
- Enter your Western credentials
- Navigate to: Elentra Reports → PGME
- Choose from the 5 available report options. All reports can be filtered by adjusting the Reporting Menu Bar.
