Sharing a folder in GroupWise
From your live mailbox, expand your Cabinet and right (alternate) click the folder that you would like to share.
Select Sharing
Select the Shared with radio button and then search for the individual(s) that you would like to share with.
Once located select the Add User button to the right.
You should now see the selected user in the Share list.
If you select the user from the Share list you can now control the type of additional access to allow them to edit or delete items in the shared folder. By default users are only given Add access which allows them to add items to the folder.
