About Us
Educational Technology and Media Services (ETMS) is a part of the larger Schulich IT Team. We provision and support physical and virtual technology solutions that enhance learning and collaboration at the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry. Within our scope, we maintain and assist with audio and visual technology in the Medical Science Building, Dental Science Building, Health Science Addition, Clinical Skills Building, and the Western Centre for Public Health and Family Medicine.

Our Mission
- To provide responsive technical support for physical and virtual learning spaces at the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry.
- To provide services and technologies that enhance teaching, learning, and collaboration according to the needs of Schulich’s instructors, students and staff.
- To train and provide instructional materials and best practices for technology resources in learning and collaboration spaces, enabling users to make the best use of the technology provided.
- To deploy technologies that enhance learning, teaching, and collaboration while maintaining ease‐of‐use and reliability.
