  • Efficient project coordination and management and quality control of major and minor construction projects in a timely manner and within budget. This includes all stages of the project from conception through design, construction and occupancy.
  • Management of space utilization and allocation within the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry including room bookings.
  • Day to day building operations including security and access control.

Room Booking Changes - June 2017

Effective June 2, 2017, the room booking process changed with the migration to Microsoft Outlook.

Schulich users must be manually entered into the permissions for each room resource that they require access to and have individual rights granted. This is going to take some time so your patience is appreciated. Regular recurring classroom bookings will continue to be managed by the Schulich Facilities office. Oversight of the requests will continue to ensure that the requests are appropriate.

Schulich medical students should continue to submit room bookings through uwomeds.com

All other users are still be able to send email requests. On line requests are not being processed at this time.
