Program Overview
The Western University CCFP(EM) Program offers a comprehensive, high-intensity one-year enhanced skills residency in Emergency Medicine for graduates of Family Medicine. Based in London, Ontario, the program is rooted in academic and clinical excellence, drawing on the resources of London Health Sciences Centre, St. Joseph’s Health Care, and affiliated regional hospitals.
Residents benefit from:

- Simulation & Procedural Skills: Monthly low and hi-fidelity curriculum with cadaver based skills training in thoracotomy, lateral canthotomy, and cricothyroidotomy
