Award: Dr. Sarah McLean receives two awards for teaching excellence
Dr. Sarah McLean, E-learning Coordinator, Basic Medical Sciences Undergraduate Education, received Western University's Award of Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching, which is co-presented by the University Student’s Council and Western's Alumni Association, to recognize, celebrate and award excellence in undergraduate teaching.
Dr. McLean was also the recipient of the Ontario Undergraduate Student Alliance Award for Teaching Excellence, which recognizes educators who excel at unlocking the potential of Ontario's young people. Selected by students as an example of teaching excellence, this award recognizes educators who engage their students in the process of learning and discovery by helping them to develop the thinking and learning skills that form the foundation of a high quality educational experience.
