In Memoriam - Dr. Neville M. Lefcoe

It is with sadness that we share news of the passing of Schulich Medicine & Dentistry Professor Emeritus, Dr. Neville Lefcoe.

Dr. Lefcoe was a dedicated physician and researcher and a respected teacher. As a respirologist at LHSC, Dr. Lefcoe developped London's first pulmonary function lab at Victoria Hospital. He was awarded a lifetime membership in the Ontario Medical Association for his contributions to medical science.  An active researcher, he published numerous papers related to lung disease and smoking cessation.

As a professor at Western University, from 1960, Neville enjoyed contributing to the education of future physicians. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
