When placing a request, please provide the following information:
- Full name and phone number
- Building name and specific location of the problem
- Description and severity of the problem
- Speed code may be required
Emergency Work Requests - Ext. 83304 OR 519-661-3304
- For example, water flooding or no power to freezer
- When notifying PPD, clearly and specifically state that is a maintenance emergency
- i.e. Irreplacable samples and valuable equipment is being threatened
- If after hours, request that the "on call" service personnel be called in
