Doctorate in experimental psychology, in the area of memory and cognition theory and research. Postdoctoral fellowship in memory research. Postdoctoral certification in adult clinical psychology. From 1999-2019, staff psychologist in the London psychiatric hospital system. Duties included assessment and treatment of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and operational stress injuries. Also conducted and published research on mood disorders during those years, collaborating with Dept. of Psychiatry colleagues and medical students. From 2019 to present, working as the first full-time in-house psychologist for the London Police Service. This involves overseeing the mental health of all sworn and civilian members. Specific duties include assessment and treatment of psychological problems among members, as well as providing psychoeducation to members and to the organization.
