Profile


Dr. Jedrin Ngungu is a psychiatrist working for LHSC and based at Victoria Hospital. His work is mainly in the inpatient unit as well as the Emergency Department attending to psychiatric emergencies. He is also an Assistant Professor in the General Psychiatry division, department of Psychiatry, Schulich school of Medicine and Dentistry.

Dr. Ngungu completed his medical degree in Zambia before moving to the United Kingdom to do his residency training in General Psychiatry. He also has a fellowship in Rehabilitation Psychiatry. He completed his Masters degree in Clinical Education at East Anglia University in Norwich, England before becoming a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. His current interest include medical education and psychotic disorders.
