Profile


Dr. Rybak is practicing at the Parkwood Institute, Treatment and Rehabilitation Program. A significant part of his clinical, educational and research activities are related to Treatment Resistant Depression. He has also contributed to the field of Chronobiology of ADHD and Depression. His major educational role has been in the area of simulated teaching and course development. Prior to establishing his career in Canada he taught and practiced psychiatry as academic psychiatrist in Russia. This background helped him to develop interest in transcultural psychiatry and become a successful preceptor for international clinical fellows. Dr. Rybak was a recipient of local and national education related awards as well as Innovative Research Accomplishments award granted by the Association of Chairs of Psychiatry of Canada.
