The Certificate in Leadership Series is a four-session program designed to support residents and fellows in developing essential leadership skills for today’s complex healthcare environment. This series explores key topics including emotional intelligence, teamwork, leadership, and physician wellness, with the goal to equip participants with practical strategies to enhance both personal performance and team effectiveness.
