Completion of degree program requirements:

Undergraduate Degree
Completion of ALL program requirements. Applicants must submit a final official transcript to OMSAS indicating that the degree has been conferred.

Graduate Degree, Thesis-based
Completion of ALL program requirements, including successful defence and final assessment of the thesis. 

Applicants must also submit an official transcript to OMSAS indicating that all graduate program requirements have been completed, or a Letter of Confirmation attesting to the same.

Graduate Degree, Course-based
Applicants must submit a Letter of Confirmation to OMSAS indicating that all requirements of the course-based graduate degree will be met by August 15.

Completion of ALL program requirements for course-based graduate degrees.

Orientation Week
Attendance is mandatory upon acceptance of an offer of admission.
