Application period

For entry into second year of the DDS program commencing September: 
  • application opens May 1
  • application closes July 1 at 11:59 p.m. (ET) 

Application into Year 2 commencing September 2025 has closed. Application will re-open May 1, 2026 for entry into Year 2 commencing September 2026.

Online application

The application must be completed in one session. You cannot save and return at a later time. It is your responsibility to ensure that supporting documentation is truthful, complete and correct and submitted by the deadline indicated.
