Dentistry application and admission cycle

Mid-September	Application opens Visit our How to apply webpage to access the application.
November 1, 4:30 p.m. ET	Application closes Visit our How to apply webpage for detailed information about documents and fees that are due by the application deadline, including: DAT scores Casper scores
November 11, 4:30 p.m. ET	Submission deadline Visit our How to apply webpage for detailed information about additional documents that are due by this deadline, including: transcripts not submitted through the OUAC application WES evaluations (if required) proof of English proficiency (if required)
Mid-November	Western autobiographical sketch (ABS) Applicants will complete and submit their Western ABS through Kira Talent. Access to the Western ABS will be provided to applicants after the application closes.
January	Interview decisions Interview decisions are communicated by email.
Early February	Interviews Visit the admission requirements webpage for information about admission interviews.
Late February	Offers of admission and waitlist offers First round offers of admission and waitlist offers are sent by email from Western's Office of the Registrar. Upon acceptance of an offer of admission, additional Post Admission requirements will be listed on the Dentistry Post Admission webpage, including submission of a $1,000 tuition deposit.
June 30, 4:30 p.m. ET	Post admission requirements Deadline to complete post admission requirements. Failure to complete a post admission requirement by the stated deadline may result in an offer of admission being withdrawn.
Late August or early September	Orientation Week Attendance is mandatory upon acceptance of an offer of admission. Absence from any live or virtual O-Week event, including Kit Orientation and White Coat Cerermony, requires extenuating personal circumstances. Avoid planning vacations, trips or other activities during this time.
