President’s Anti-Racism Working Group Final Report
In January 2020, Western established the Anti-Racism Working Group, comprised of 20 students, faculty, and staff. The Group engaged with the university community through listening sessions, written submissions, and data collection through campus wide and national surveys. The final May 19, 2020 report details students' experiences on campus and recommends 24 next steps towards the future.

Anti-Racism Report: Addressing Anti-Racism at Schulich Medicine & Dentistry
In early June 2020, the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry publicly released its statement on anti-racism and engaged all faculty, staff and students in a collective dialogue about anti-racism. In the fall of 2020, a comprehensive report summarizing a subsequent retreat and Learner Town Hall was compiled.

Released in July 2022, this guide supports universities in advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion. It introduces key concepts and provides practical tools to help leaders foster meaningful anti-racist change.
Race Correction in Health Care: A Primer
Released March 24, 2023, this primer examines race correction in medical practice and its harmful impacts, especially on Black patients. It challenges the lack of scientific basis and calls for removing race-based adjustments. Learn more.
