Spring convocation

Applications to graduate at Spring Convocation (June 9, 2026) must be made online through Student Center between March 1 -  April 30, 2026. See the Office of the Registrar's webpage " Applying to Graduate " for details on how to apply. If a student needs to tweak their modules (e.g., remove an additional Major or Minor), then this must be done via the   BMSUE Question Portal   prior  to the submission of the application to graduate.

BMSc and Neuroscience students who apply to graduate and are found eligible to graduate during the adjudication period in May, 2026, will have their degrees conferred upon them on Tuesday, June 9, 2026. Applying to graduate is not indicating attendance at the Spring Convocation Ceremony (attendance at the Convocation Ceremony is not mandatory). Grade Reports will indicate eligibility to graduate in late May but official transcripts will not reflect that degrees are conferred upon students until the specifc date of convocation in June, 2026.
