Western ITS will be targeting Western (@uwo.ca) accounts that have not had a password change in 5 years or more. ITS will email affected individual and will ask the user to contact the ITS Help Desk team to assist them in changing their password. ITS will not send you a link to update/confirm/verify your userid and password. If you receive a message like this, its likely phishing and you should contact your local IT support.
