Dr. Taryn Taylor awarded Best Resident Paper at the 2013 International Conference on Residency Education

Congratulations Dr. Taryn Taylor on being awarded Best Resident Paper at the International Conference on Residency Education, for her presentation titled "To stay or not to stay: A grounded theory study of the post-call behaviours and rationalizations of postgraduate medical trainees."

Dr. Taylor is a resident in the Obstetrics & Gynaecology and Clinician Investigator programs. Working with Dr. Jeff Nisker and Dr. Lorelei Lingard, Dr. Taylor has conducted fascinating and significant work that has added to the current national and international conversations around duty hours for residents.

Hosted this past weekend in Calgary, the International Conference on Residency Education is a global forum for those involved in residency education to share ideas, challenges, innovations, and advance training.
