Nominating Committee
The Nominating Committee proposes members for Standing and Ad Hoc Committees of the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry.
Nominees include faculty members who have demonstrated a record of engagement and participation and whose experience and perspectives align with the School’s Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) principles.
The Nominating Committee typically meets twice per year, once in the spring and once in the fall. Requests to fill committee vacancies should be submitted to selection.committee@schulich.uwo.ca prior to the next scheduled meeting.
Faculty members who wish to be considered for an upcoming vacancy are invited to submit a self‑nomination form. The Nominating Committee will review all vacancies and nominations at its next scheduled meeting. Where more than one candidate is nominated for a vacancy, a vote will be held. Once candidates have been confirmed and approved by the Joint Schulich Council (JSC), successful nominees will be notified.
