What you should know about the CDCP

We accept CDCP

The Schulich Dental Clinic is pleased to welcome patients in London and the surrounding area who are covered by the Canadian Dental Care Plan. Please present your card and letter (which confirms effective start date) when checking in for your appointment.
Am I eligible?

CDCP is expanding to all age groups

  • May 1, 2025: Applications open for those aged 55-64
  • May 15, 2025: Applications open for those aged 18-24
  • May 29, 2025: Applications open for those aged 35-54

CDCP renewal

CDCP members must renew their applications to the CDCP every year to avoid a gap in coverage. If you missed the renewal deadline and your coverage ended on June 30, 2025, you can still submit a renewal application. There will be a gap in your coverage until it is reinstated. Oral health care services received during this gap will not be covered nor reimbursed.
