Dr. Saleh Al-Nahdi

Biography

Dr. Saleh Al-Nahdi finished medical school at the University of Science & Technology in Sana’a, Republic of Yemen. He interned and trained as an Anesthesia Resident at the Prince Sultan Medical Military, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and has also passed the Saudi Board in Anesthesia & Intensive Care


Dr. Al-Nahdi is also recipient of the European Diploma in Anesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine. He’s lived in Ireland, where he worked in Obstetric Anesthesia at the oldest running maternity hospital in Europe, the Rotunda Hospital, following which he worked at the national neurosurgical center in Dublin, Beaumont Hospital.


Dr Al- Nahdi, moved to Canada in the summer of 2020, to do a Cardiac Anesthesia Fellowship with focus on the TEE program at Western University. He then did a one-year fellowship of Thoracic & Vascular Anesthesia.


Dr. Al-Nahdi is currently a PI at Western for ENCORE trial (Effects of Anesthesia in Colorectal Cancer Outcome Trial)
