All the presentations from both Universities were of very high quality and did great credit to the supervisors and residents involved. Particular thanks also go out to the judges - Dr. Karen Raymer, Dr. Harsha Shanthanna, Dr. Tim Turkstra, Dr. Jason Chui.

Thanks also to Dr. Homer Yang who gave a fascinating and thought-provoking lecture, 'Perioperative Medicine: time to move to the home front?'

We very much look forward to continuing this competition next year.
