Short bio: I was born and raised in Jeddah - fondly known as the Bride of the Sea - in Saudi Arabia. My academic journey began in New York City where I earned my degree in Biochemistry. I later returned to my hometown to pursue my Medical Degree at King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences. During my studies, I had the incredible opportunity to work with a truly inspiring Western University plastic surgeon alumni. Their mentorship ignited my passion for the field and turned the dream of training at Western into an exciting ambition - one that I am now honored to be part of. I am thrilled to begin this journey and look forward to growing both personally and professionally at Western. I can't wait to spend the next five years learning and contributing to such an exceptional team. Outside of medicine, I love experimenting in the kitchen, playing with flavors and testing out new recipes. If I have a bit more extra time, you will find me travelling to a new destination or enjoying just about any outdoor activity or sport!
