Denise Swaenepoel is the Executive Assistant to Dr. Andrea Lum. Denise received her Human Resources Management Certificate from Fanshawe College in London in 2014. Prior, she was employed as an Administrative Assistant through the Neighborhood & Children's Services Homelessness Programs and City Clerk's Office. She worked as the Administrative Assistant to Council Members in the City Councillors' Office from August 2005 to February 2009. She has a degree in Psychology from the University of Waterloo and a Tourism & Travel Counselor Diploma from Fanshawe College.
