Conflict‑of‑Interest Policy
Guidelines for all Schulich faculty, staff & learners on interacting with industry and managing real or perceived conflicts.
- Applies school‑wide – clinical, research & education settings
- Includes 15 specific interaction rules (gifts, consulting, travel etc.)
COI Department‑Member Disclosure Form
Use this form to disclose any financial interests or affiliations that may create a conflict of interest.
- Must be completed every academic year
- Detail remuneration only if > $10,000 from one organization
