GBHS has sites in Lion’s Head, Markdale, Meaford, Owen Sound, Southampton, and Wiarton. As part of GBHS, Owen Sound Hospital is a community training site, participating in Distributed Education, providing educational opportunities for Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry’s students and residents. Other community training sites in the Grey-Bruce Academy include Chesley, Durham, Flesherton, Hanover, Kincardine, Mildmay, Port Elgin, Tobermory and Walkerton.
