Two years ago, Schulich Medicine & Dentistry invested in Prosci Change Management programs, training, and resources to support staff and leaders in gaining new skills in change management. The goal was to provide a template for our School to create a cohesive approach. Several departments and teams have been successful in integrating this methodology into their work.
We are now introducing Refresher Sessions for those who were previously trained to re-acquaint them with Prosci Change Management methodology and concepts.
Information about the sessions will be distributed in the coming days directly to those individuals, and all are encouraged to take advantage of these sessions being offered in May and June.
Subsequent to the Refresher Sessions, there will also be a Prosci Three-Day Certification program for specific individuals who have been identified and have direct responsibilities leading a significant change project aligning with key strategic initiatives for Schulich Medicine & Dentistry.
In the fall of 2017, information sessions for all staff and leaders not yet familiar with Prosci Change Management methodology will be offered to provide an overview and outline training opportunities to become available in 2018.
We all know that change is constant and part of our day-to-day lives. How we manage that change is critical. The Prosci Change Management process is a key factor to our success. Your involvement in these programs is strongly encouraged.
