Honors Specialization modules
The basic medical science departments, in conjunction with departments from other faculties, offer the following Honors Specialization modules that lead to BSc (Honors) degrees:
- Biochemistry and Chemistry
- Genetics and Biochemistry
- Medical Biophysics (Biological Science Concentration)
- Medical Biophysics (Physical Science Concentration)
- Neuroscience
Major modules
One of the following Major modules can be completed in non-BMSc degrees, e.g. BSc, BA, BHSc degrees:
- Biochemistry

- Medical Cell Biology
- Medical Sciences
- Microbiology and Immunology
- Pharmacology
- Physiology
Minor modules
The following Minor modules can be included in a variety of degree types (e.g. BSc, BHSc, etc.), as well as in BMSc degrees:
