Dr. Maxime Sasseville is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Nursing Sciences at Université Laval and a researcher at the VITAM Research Centre – Sustainable Health. His work focuses on the implementation of digital health interventions, the use of patient-reported outcomes, and the responsible integration of artificial intelligence within health systems, with particular attention to ethical, methodological, and data governance challenges. He is currently contributing to several pan-Canadian projects aimed at evaluating, in clinical conditions, the impact of these technologies on clinical and organizational decision-making.
