I am a GP and Academic Clinical Lecturer at the University of Bristol in South West England. I recently completed a mixed-methods PhD on the topic of inflammatory marker testing in primary care and have a broad interest in the rational use of blood tests for primary care diagnosis. Over the past two years have become interested in the interpretation and rational use of SARS-CoV-2 tests, which has led to some interesting media engagement activities including podcasts, radio interviews and work with schools.
