Dr. Rohit Arora
Rohit is working as a Neonatologist at Fortis Memorial Research Institute (FMRI) in India. It is a new 1500-bed multi-specialty hospital, with 18 NICU beds. He was involved in the NICU, right from it's inception, including design, equipment procurmenet and staff recruitment. Rohit is currently working on nursing and physician training, establishing a cultrue of mutual respect, team building and leadership skills. His simulation training and his participation int he London NICU move has come in handy. They have carried out multiple drills to achieve the desired goals.
