About us

The Western University Military Medicine Research Group is a multidisciplinary hub for research, education, innovation, and historical scholarship in military medicine. It is designed to deliver institute-level impact: coordinating expertise across Western, deepening partnerships with the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and the Department of National Defence (DND), enabling industry collaboration, and positioning Western as a national centre for military medical research.

The red cross flag flown at the No. 10 Canadian Stationary Hospital was signed by members of the hospital when the war ended.
