Windsor Regional Hospital Health Sciences Library

Schulich Library Agreement

Please read the terms below and then complete the form at the bottom of this page.

Schulich students, clerks, and residents are permitted to use the computer stations, resources, and materials of the Windsor Regional Hospital Health Sciences Library. Access at Metropolitan Library is per normal hours of operation and at the Ouellette Library is 24/7 per swipe cards. Schulich students, clerks, and residents may not sign out/remove books that are not clearly marked as being a part of what is known as the Schulich collection.

The Schulich collection is a small collection of materials provided by Schulich for the use of their students, clerks, and residents, and shelved separately from the main library collection. Materials in the Schulich collection will have the word Schulich printed on their spine label. Please note that some materials will have the word SWOMEN printed on their spine label. These books were previously catalogued and are still a part of the Schulich collection. The sign out of these materials is based on the honour system, and remember that you must share these materials with your Schulich colleagues.

All other library material can only be signed out by Windsor Regional Hospital staff or physicians that have signed up for a barcode and agreed to have the replacement cost of unreturned library materials deducted from their paycheque or to have their privileges revoked if materials are not returned.

Beverages or light snacks are permitted within the library, but due to reduced Housekeeping hours the consumption of meals are not (e.g. breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and should be done in the Cafeteria.
