Rosemary Stanoev
I was born and raised in St. John’s, the capital city of Newfoundland and Labrador. My upbringing was heavily influenced by sports, leading me to compete with the varsity basketball team at Memorial University of Newfoundland while earning my Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics with a minor in French. I then completed both my Master of Science in Medicine (Clinical Epidemiology) and Doctor of Medicine at Memorial. I am so thrilled and grateful to be joining the Western University family to pursue general surgery! Outside of medicine, I enjoy staying active, reading, watching TV and movies, and spending time with family and friends.
