Start your Reunion Weekend off with a community lecture focused on topics related to health and issues that are making headlines. This informative three part community lecture will feature three lectures from Schulich Medicine & Dentistry’s top researchers. Each mini lecture will be followed by a brief question and answer period.
Speakers include:
Dr. Walter Siqueira, Dentistry, Salivary Proteins: Helping to Prevent Dental Caries and Detect Zika Virus; Dr. Steven Laviolette, Anatomy and Cell Biology, Understanding the Effects of Marijuana on Youth Mental Health; and Dr. Michael Rieder, Clinical Pharmacology, Drug Safety: A Moving Target.
