Trillium Primary Health Care Research Day - June 1, 2016

Please join us for Trillium Primary Health Care Research Day  June 1, 2016 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, hosted by the INSPIRE-PHC Research Program (Dr. Moira Stewart, lead).

Abstract Submission is now closed. We received 50 oral and poster presentations that reflect the diversity and breadth of primary health care. These presentations along with a keynote on the Patients First proposal , a distinguished lecture of integration in primary health care and workshops, will make for an informative and productive day.

Keynote Lecture - Richard H Glazier MD, MPH and Elizabeth Baker NP-PHC, will be discussing the report “Patient Care Groups: A new model of population based primary health care for Ontario” and its relevance to new PHC policy directives.

Distinguished Lecture -  Lisa Dolovich, PharmD  MSc HRM, McMaster University, Noah Ivers MD PhD, Women's College Hospital, and Clare Liddy MD MSc, University of Ottawa, Bruyere Research Institute will be providing a joint presentation on the results of their recent PHC innovations in delivery of care.  The talk is entitled "Integration in PHC: Lessons learned from three innovations".
