The Richard Ingrey Memorial Award
Awarded to residents in Clinical Neurological Sciences, Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, based on academic achievement. Clinical Neurological Sciences in the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry will select the recipients.
This award was established by Dale Ingrey (BA, 1967) in memory of Richard Ingrey. Rick suffered a massive brain hemorrhage in 1969 at the age of 23. He survived because of the efforts of the neurosurgery team at University Hospital in London. He passed away in 2021 at the age of 74. Rick’s brother, Dale Ingrey, will be forever grateful for those 51 years of life.
