PARO Citizenship Award Nomination Form

The purpose of this award is to recognize an individual who, in addition to maintaining an adequate academic standing, has made a significant contribution towards improving the general welfare of medical students. The successful candidate will have demonstrated creative, innovative leadership in one or more of the following areas: 1) curriculum development, 2) student well-being, 3) liaising with faculty, and 4) community involvement. Value: 1@$1000
