The Division of Geriatric Medicine, Department of Medicine at the University of Western Ontario is committed to the advancement of research, teaching and clinical care. The Division currently consists of 10 full-time academic geriatrician educator/researchers who support the inter-professional Regional Geriatric Program of the 10 counties in Southwestern Ontario and are aligned with the UWO academic mission at the Academic Health Sciences Centres.

Our interdisciplinary model of care for the treatment of frail older persons provides a unique opportunity for the training of undergrad, postgrad and fellows. Education, research and clinical care are the cornerstone of our program.
