Reflection is a critical skill for your success in practice to better understand outcomes and processes in patient care. It has been linked with improved patient safety and physician well-being.
A faculty group has been engaged in refection and are sharing this in a session on January 30th.

This event provides health care professionals with the opportunity to gain greater insight and enhance their knowledge of patient-centred care. Through reflective stories shared by patients who have dealt with organ transplantation, bipolar disorder and other conditions, attendees will hear first-hand accounts of what is important to patients throughout their health care journey. Following the presentation, attendees will have the opportunity to engage with presenters through an active Q&A period.
