Two of our School’s medical students have been published in the latest issue of Scrub-In. Congratulations to Charushree Prasad, Medicine Class of 2014 and Alex Jiang, Medicine Class of 2015.
Charushree writes about experiencing the death of a patient for the first time. In his article, Alex discusses pancreas transplantation in Type 1 diabetics with renal impairment. Read their stories and the May edition of Scrub-In here.
Scrub-In is the Ontario Medical Association’s medical student publication and is published three times per year. The publication provides coverage of the issues and developments affecting the more than 4,000 medical students in Ontario and contains a wide array of student-generated content written by, and for, medical students.
The next story submission period takes place in June (for the September issue).
