02.28.2018 Western Password Resets

Western Technology Services (WTS) has been enforcing an age policy on all Western accounts, so if you have not change your Western ID password over 5 years, you will be receiving an email from Western Technology Services (WTS) asking that you must contact Western's Helpdesk at extension 83800 for assistance. Please be prepared to provide a couple of IDs including your employee number.
