  • 09.08.2017 Cascade Upgrade

    Western Technology Services (WTS) will conducting a minor upgrade to Cascade (from v8.3 to v8.5) scheduled for this Sunday, September 10 from 6 a.m. to noon. During this time, Cascade will not be available.

  • 06.22.2017 - Single Sign-On moving to using Western Credentials

    Information Services has been working with Western Technology Services (formerly Western ITS) to simplify the log in process for Schulich Single Sign-On (SSO). Starting July 11, 2017 anyone with a Western appointment or account who has access to SSO will be able to use their Western credentials to log in. This will remove the need for separate SSO log in credentials meaning one less password for you to remember!

  • 01.19.2017 - Western's password change initiative

    Western ITS will be targeting Western (@uwo.ca) accounts that have not had a password change in 5 years or more. ITS will email affected individual and will ask the user to contact the ITS Help Desk team to assist them in changing their password. ITS will not send you a link to update/confirm/verify your userid and password. If you receive a message like this, its likely phishing and you should contact your local IT support.
