By partnering with a proven leader in the industry, we can ensure a single, campus-wide, modern platform for all your survey and data collection needs.
Qualtrics is a secure online system that enables users to do many kinds of online data collection and analysis including surveys. Qualtrics is now available to all Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry faculty, staff, and students.

You no longer need to contact the Schulich Information Services Helpdesk to request access to the approved survey software. If you are a faculty, staff or student in the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, just visit the MySurvey website to set up your account, learn how to use Qualtrics in 5 easy steps, and start creating/managing your surveys. If you have any difficulty setting up your account contact ITS by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
As of June 15, 2015 Schulich Information Services will no longer provide support for our old software, SelectSurveyASP. Anyone with create access to our old software will now need to set-up their Qualtrics account and create new surveys in Qualtrics. Note: If you have an active survey in SelectSurveyASP it will still be available for your respondents to take but future surveys should be created in Qualtrics.
