GroupWise maintenance and outage - Please Read


On Saturday February 21st between 9:00 am - 12:00 pm EST the following servers/services will be unavailable for a planned maintenance outage;

  • The GroupWise mail system

    • Mail will be queued while maintenance is being performed and then later delivered once the maintenance has been completed

    • Please be patient once the maintenance has completed as there will be a backlog of emails to be delivered

    • Messages to mobile devices will also be delayed while the maintenance is being performed and shortly after it is completed

  • GroupWise WebAccess

    • GroupWise WebAccess will be unavailable during this maintenance outage

    • Please ensure that you are using the official link to access GroupWise WebAccess and update any bookmarks you may have


Please DO NOT attempt to access your email during this maintenance window.

Please ensure that your GroupWise client is closed prior to the maintenance window.
