OneForm - new version coming April 14, 2014

Based on valuable feedback provided by Hiring Units, Schulich HR and Western HR, the PMO, in partnership with Schulich IS, is pleased to launch a new version of OneForm on April 14, 2014. You will be notified on Monday when the new version of SAS is posted; if you are already logged into SAS that day, you will have to exit and login again to see the new features.

The following features have been added or updated in this upcoming release:

  • Feature #011 - Copying records (Summer Students)
  • Feature #002 - Sharing/editing information beyond primary/current contact
  • Feature #045 - Separate JD status tracking drop down
  • Feature #010 - Grant waivers not required for Summer Students
  • Feature #001 - SAN Comments Tab
  • SAN Output Emails - changes to default text
  • Feature #003 - Delegating Signing Authority
  • Feature #056 - Prompt for rationale when refusing an RFH or SAN

The PMO will be hosting drop-in sessions at the VERC (Western Campus, Medical Sciences Building Room MSB 150A) for any users who wish to go over these new features in person. These sessions will be held on Monday, April 14th from 3:30pm to 4:30pm, and again on Tuesday, April 22, 3:30pm to 4:30pm.
